Food Safety
Child care centres which provide daily meals are considered Food Premises and must meet the requirements of the Ontario Food Premises Regulation. Food safety is especially important in a child care centre because any illness which can be spread through food or water can have a serious impact on young children and may spread rapidly within the child care environment.
